Take the “D” train to Fort Hamilton Parkway stop (at 45th Street), walk south on Fort Hamilton Parkway to 48th Street; turn right one block to Tenth Avenue.

Directions by Car
From Manhattan:
Take the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Drive (FDR) or the Westside Highway southbound. Take the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel or the Brooklyn Bridge onto Route 278 West (Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE)/Gowanus Expressway) to 39th Street Exit. Make U-turn at light on 39th Street. Continue on 39th Street past 9th Avenue then bear right onto New Utrecht Avenue. Take next right on Tenth Avenue and continue straight. Maimonides is at 48th Street and Tenth Avenue (4802 Tenth Avenue).
From Long Island:
Take the Belt Parkway West to 14th Avenue-Bay 8th Street Exit. Follow service road to first light. Make left onto Cropsey Avenue, then right onto 14th Avenue. Make left onto 49th Street, then right onto Tenth Avenue.
From New Jersey via Staten Island:
Take the Goethals, Outerbridge or Bayonne Bridge to Staten Island. Follow Staten Island Expressway East over the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to Fort Hamilton Parkway Exit. Continue on Fort Hamilton Parkway, make left onto 49th Street, then right onto Tenth Avenue.
Parking:
Our main parking garage is located on Tenth Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets for self-parking.
For your convenience, Maimonides offers valet parking, available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm for a fee of $10. Look for uniformed attendants stationed at the corner of Tenth Avenue and 48th Street.
If you valet your car but need to leave Maimonides after 6:00 pm, your keys will be left with the attendant in the main parking garage. These cars will be parked in a designated section. All other parking arrangements will continue to be available at the same parking rates.
