We have liftoff of the first Mini Maker Faire in a hospital! Our team has been up at dawn getting ready for what’s going to be an awesome day of health making here at Maimonides Medical Center.
Everyone loved the Hospital Bed Hacking Station. The robot patient seemed pretty comfortable as well!
We’re off to an exciting start this morning at the Maimonides Medical Center Mini Maker Faire. We have nurses doctors parents caregivers and patients prototyping, learning about a Maker methods and having fun.
We’ll be blogging throughout the day from different stations such as AppInventor, Historical Nurse Makers, NYSCI MakerNurse and the Health Technology stations from the hospital.
It’s always sunny in the morning when you send in the bots first!
